Feelinks is an AI-powered companion for emotional self-regulation. It uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to guide you through personalized sessions that support your emotional wellbeing.

Feelinks is designed to complement, not replace, professional support. It is not a medical device, not therapy, and not a diagnostic tool. No professional, therapeutic, or medical relationship is created by using Feelinks.

Feelinks is available to individuals aged 18 and older. By using Feelinks, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Feelinks is currently available to users in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Bulgaria, and the United States. Users located in Germany or Austria may not use this service. By using Feelinks, you confirm that you are not located in or a resident of Germany or Austria. We reserve the right to restrict access based on geographic location.

When using Feelinks, you agree to:

• Engage honestly and in good faith
• Not use the service for any illegal purpose
• Not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI system
• Seek professional help if you are in crisis or need clinical treatment
• Keep your account credentials secure

Your first session is free. After that, paid plans are available. Current pricing and plan details are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes.

Your session content belongs to you. You retain full ownership of everything you write during your sessions.

With your explicit consent, we may use anonymized and aggregated insights from sessions for research purposes. This data will never be individually identifiable.

The Feelinks method, interface, AI prompts, and brand are the intellectual property of OnTopic Media LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Feelinks is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about specific results or outcomes from using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnTopic Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Feelinks.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to keep Feelinks available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

You may stop using Feelinks at any time and request deletion of your account and data by emailing hello@feelinks.ai.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use of Feelinks after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
